Returns – Change of Mind

In line with UK consumer regulations, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, and returned in a resaleable condition.

Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance oils and inserts cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will offer a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
